MRA Research shortlisted for its CX Improvement Engine in CMAs

MRA Research, the construction industry research specialist, has been shortlisted for an award at this year’s Construction Marketing Awards (CMAs). Always a highlight in the calendar for industry professionals, this year’s CMAs has attracted fierce competition from across the sector.

MRA Research is a finalist for Best Use of Research & Insight for its work with Hanson UK. MRA Research developed an innovative and cost-effective research solution – the Customer Experience Improvement Engine – with Hanson UK to drive customer service improvements in real time. The project was so successful that, starting with Concrete, Hanson has rolled it out to their Asphalt, Cement and Aggregate businesses with similarly effective results.

MRA Research is one of the UK’s longest standing research and insight agencies serving construction, building materials and home improvement markets.

Ralph Sutcliffe, MRA Research Business Development Director, says: “We are delighted to be selected as finalists at these prestigious marketing awards for our work with Hanson UK. It’s a fantastic achievement to be shortlisted, and as a previous winner of the CMA Research & Insight award we’re keeping our fingers crossed. Good luck to all our fellow finalists!”

Paul Lacey, General Manager, Hanson Customer Service Centre, Hanson UK adds: “The CX Improvement Engine which MRA Research designed for us has been invaluable to our businesses, enabling us to keep our finger on the pulse, implement changes and measure their effect before making any further improvements that are needed. It’s helped us raise customer satisfaction to very high levels, even when the whole market is suffering supply difficulties. This new approach is so powerful and cost effective, we have now rolled it out across six business lines.”

MRA Marketing has also been shortlisted in four other categories at the CMA Awards: Strategic Planning & Management, Best Use of Press & Public Relations and Best Built Environment Member Organisation Marketing Campaign. Middleweight Designer Verity Bailey is also a finalist for Emerging Agency Star of the Year.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner presentation on 2nd December. See the full CMA 2021 shortlist here: http://www.cmawards.co.uk/cma21-finalists-announced/
