Telephone Interviewers – multiple roles
Based in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, MRA Research is a division of MRA Marketing. We specialise in research for the construction and building materials markets and undertake projects for a number of national and international blue-chip companies. We also compile databases of companies within these industries. We make thousands of outbound, business-to-business (B2B/trade) telephone calls a year to update these databases, and conduct research projects for our customers.
With this work increasing, we need to expand our friendly team! We’re looking for a number of telephone interviewers to start as soon as possible – full-time, part-time and temp/adhoc.
Key requirements:
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Able to ask questions quickly and clearly, and record answers accurately
- Basic PC skills (especially web browsing)
- Some familiarity with Word, Excel or Access preferred (not essential)
- Relevant experience preferred eg Contact/Call Centre Operative, Telephone Researcher, Telephone Customer Service Advisor/Executive
- Strong team player with a positive attitude to new tasks and experiences
